Amanda Szidiropulosz is an elementary music teacher who was also Ms. Wheelchair Tennessee 2014. Born with Spina Bifida, she never let it hold her back from achieving her goals. She graduated from MTSU in 1996 with a degree in music education and went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Technology in Teaching and Ed.S in Teacher Leadership. Amanda is currently teaching at Charleston elementary where her choir has won many awards.
Amanda served on the United Spinal of Tennessee board as well as currently serving on the Ms. Wheelchair Tennessee board. She is married to her husband of 13 years, Damian Szidiropulosz and has one cat Ella and four amazing nephews.
